Change is one of life's few guarantees, yet it remains one of the hardest things to navigate well. Ephesians 4:1-6 gives us a practical and powerful blueprint for walking through transition with grace and unity. We are called to walk worthy of our calling, to practice humility, gentleness, patience, and love toward one another, and to guard the unity the Holy Spirit has already established among us. Leaders may change, seasons may shift, but the call on our lives to follow Jesus remains exactly the same. Our hope is never anchored in people or circumstances. It is anchored in the One who is over all, through all, and in all. Change is guaranteed, but so is the faithfulness of God.
