Matthew 5:14 “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.” We want to help each person at Magnolia Cowboy Church believe in Jesus, belong to a family, become a follower, and build God’s kingdom.

Believing in Jesus means placing your hope and trust in Him by surrendering to His lordship in every area of your life.
BELONG TO FAMILY
Belonging to family means developing meaningful friendships with others who love Jesus and walking through life together by loving, helping, and protecting each other.
BECOME A FOLLOWER
Becoming a follower means shifting the focus of your life from self-centered to Christ-centered by doing what Jesus would do and loving as He would love.
BUILD GOD'S KINGDOM
Building God’s kingdom means submitting to God and being His hands and feet to those around us by giving of ourselves and serving others.
After leaving a long corporate career in the Marine Industry in 2011, Robert & Kim Stokes entered full-time ministry. The two first came to Magnolia Cowboy Church with their Marriage Ministry back in 2016. While providing marriage classes, Robert was ask to fill in and preach on Wednesdays & Sundays. During that time, they both felt a calling from the Lord to take on the Lead Pastor role at MCC. In February 2017, Robert answered the call & assumed the role.
The two just celebrated 41 years of marriage & maintain a passion for marriage ministry. Robert is quick to point out where we are continuing to grow in the Lord and loves to share His word with people they come in contact. They also have close relationships with their 3 children & 2 grandchildren.
Robert & Kim have traveled in & out of the country ministering, serving, teaching & learning.
