Re: Update on the 26th Ranch House School of Church Planting, Cowboy Church of Erath County, Stephenville TX – August 28 & 29, 2010

Magnolia Cowboy Church was well represented in Stephenville Texas this weekend as we had at least 16 people attending the TFCC's school. The Cowboy Church of Erath County was a great host and had a very nice facility. The speakers did a fantastic job of giving us insight about this movement and instructed us in a PROVEN MODEL of how cowboy church should be structured and operated. I would like to encourage anyone who has not attended one of these schools to please try and attend a future event. This was my third one to attend and each time I have come away with more knowledge and understanding of direction. They put on a GREAT goat ropin' event in which our very own Pastor Greg did pretty well. Good job Pastor Greg. (Don't forget to tithe on your winnings) Sunday morning Mr. Charles Oliver gave us a Texas history lesson on the beginnings of the cowboy and where we are today and why Cowboy Church is so vitally important.
